Dear Visitor

M‍rs Greenham

After 17 years of dedicated service to our school, Mrs Greenham retires at the end of this academic year. Mrs Greenham is adored by the children and staff and she will be missed terribly. She has worked with hundreds of children and families over her time at Grendon and the school is organising a collection for Mrs Greenham to recognise the valuable contribution she has made to the lives of so many pupils. If you would like to donate, you can use ParentPay where it is listed as 'Mrs Greenham Retirement Donation'.

Sports Day

We are looking forward to seeing you all at next Tuesday's Sports Day. The first race will begin at approximately 1.30pm. All are welcome. For those of you who have never been before, the format is simple. Parents on one side of the running track, staff and pupils on the other side. Races come thick and fast, one at a time, with lots of cheering from everyone.

Separated Parents Policy

The school has written and approved a Separated Parents Policy which it hopes will provide clarity for parents and school staff on the expectations each can have of the other. The policy has been created to resolve many of the common (and not so common) issues that arise and so please give the policy your careful consideration if it is relevant to your situation.

The policy is available on the school website and also via the link here.

TCS Mini London Marathon In Schools 2025

Owing the huge number of children who successfully participated in our Mini London Marathon, where children were challenged to run, jog or walk 2 miles, the school received a special award to commemorate its achievement. Our Grendon Runners leaders were a vital part of the day and here they are proudly holding the school award.

Year 6 Leavers' Assembly

Year 6 Leavers' Assembly takes place on Monday 21st July at 1.30pm. Parents of Year 6 children are invited to attend and letters were sent out today. The letter requires a response from parents and so as well as sending hard copies home today, I have included a copy here and on the school wesbite (under 'Useful Forms').
