Flu Immunisations: Reminder

The School Nurse team visits school on Tuesday 7th December during normal school hours to administer flu immunisations for pupils in Reception to Year 6. The immunisation is very quick and easy and school staff are on hand throughout to support the process. To learn more about the process and access the online consent form, please follow the link to the consent letter and form here. 

The School Nurse Team will only immunise those children whose parents have provided consent via the online form.
