Flu Immunisation Info

Hello Visitor,

This is a general reminder that Flu Immunisations (for children in Reception to Year 6) originally scheduled for Monday 19th September will now take place this Friday (16th September).  

If you would like your child to be immunised, consent must be provided via the online form. School do not handle the consent forms as they go directly to the NHS. The deadline for providing consent is tomorrow morning (Wednesday 14th September) at 9am.
