Key Worker Form - WB 01.02.21

Please complete the Key Worker Form for next week, WB 01.02.21. You can access the form here.

To make life a little easier, if you have already completed a form please just email your requirements to giving your child's name and the dates of the sessions they require. 

The deadline for you to submit your requests is tomorrow (Wednesday) by 5pm. All requests received by this time will be guaranteed a place in school next week on the requested days. 

As mentioned previously, there are a high number of pupils in our key worker and vulnerable child groups. This, combined with fluctuating numbers each day, means that it is very important that we update our registers each week so that we can allocate safe staffing rotas and this is why we ask for your weekly requests. 

Also please remember that children of key workers should still remain at home if they can.
